Klauz is a software service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts you upload, identify potentially risky clauses, and offer improvement suggestions.

Klauz is not a legal advisory service, and the analyses it provides do not constitute legal advice. The service offers assessments generated automatically by artificial intelligence; these may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Analysis results are for informational purposes only.

Before making important legal decisions, signing, or rejecting a contract, you should always consult a qualified attorney. The user is responsible for any consequences arising from decisions made based on information provided by Klauz.

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for your account security (including your password).
• You may not use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.
• You represent that you are authorized to share and process the content you upload.

The service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed via Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically based on your chosen period. You may cancel anytime; after cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current period. Unless legally required, no refunds are issued for past periods.

Each plan provides a certain number of analyses per month. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of abuse via automated tools, excessive load, or threats to system security.

The contracts you upload belong to you. The Klauz brand, software, and interface belong to us and may not be used without permission.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klauz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. We will notify you of significant changes. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms.
